Product-specific licenses, plainly stated.

License grant

Subject to payment where applicable, the approved agreement, and verified seller authority, the seller identified at checkout grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the exact compatible Emulyn product version within the person, business, seat, and device scope stated by that product’s packaged license and checkout terms. There is no single seat or device rule shared by every Emulyn product. The SelectOps founding offer is specifically limited to one named user on up to two computers; another product is not given that cap unless its exact license says so.

The purchased compatible version may be used perpetually. The order includes only the updates and support entitlement stated for that exact product and order; it does not promise future major versions or lifetime updates unless those words appear in the accepted terms. The merchant receipt and accepted agreement revision form the license record. The current prepared products do not require key entry, an activation server, device telemetry, or periodic phone-home.

Restrictions

The customer may not exceed the person, business, seat, or device scope in the product-specific license; distribute or resell the product; remove ownership or integrity notices; evade license limits; or use the product to violate law, contract, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. Nothing restricts an honest review or conduct that applicable law does not permit Lapilo to restrict.

Safety boundary and responsibility

Each product-specific page and packaged guide defines its read and write boundary. A clean status, blocker-free preview, or completed output is an operational aid, not rights clearance, a backup, legal advice, or proof that an input identifies the intended photograph. The customer remains responsible for input authority, human decisions, ordinary backups, secure delivery, and independent verification of important results.

Refund and termination

The policy allows a full refund requested within 14 calendar days. A full refund or final chargeback ends the associated license, subject to non-waivable law. The customer then stops using and deletes distributed copies; Lapilo cannot remotely delete local files.
