Terms of sale
The exact product and price shown at checkout.
Emulyn products are one-time digital purchases or clearly marked free tools. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
The offer
Each paid offer identifies the exact Emulyn product, version, delivery file, current USD price, license scope, compatibility link, and refund period before purchase. A crossed-out or future price is a pricing plan only; it is not charged and is never a recurring fee. The planned SelectOps launch price is $29 USD one time, followed by a planned $49 USD standard price. Neither price is active until it is shown in an authorized checkout for the exact product package. This recorded price direction remains inactive until the exact product has signed release authority, a verified merchant mapping, and a controlled checkout and delivery readback.
What the order includes
The exact packaged license and product-specific checkout identify the licensed person or business and permitted devices. The SelectOps founding offer covers one named user on up to two computers; no other product inherits that device cap unless its exact terms say so. A purchased compatible version may be used perpetually and includes 12 months of standard support unless the product-specific terms say otherwise. It does not promise later major versions, lifetime third-party compatibility, lifetime support, hosting, or another Emulyn product.
Exact product boundary
The product page, product-specific privacy, support and compatibility pages, packaged documentation, and exact version shown at checkout define the implemented scope. A purchase does not add an unlisted feature, platform, file format, repair service, hosting service, rights clearance, or compatibility promise. Local-first does not mean every product is read-only; any declared local write is described before sale.
Payment, delivery, and acceptance
The merchant of record identified at checkout presents payment methods, calculates transaction taxes, issues receipts, delivers the exact file, supports redelivery, and processes provider-side refunds. Delivery follows payment and acceptance of the displayed terms. Customers should verify the delivered filename and published SHA-256 before use.
