Purchases and redelivery

The merchant receipt is the purchase and delivery record for a paid release. Use the provider’s receipt link for redelivery, or contact cr@codyras.com with the order reference and purchasing email.

Free utilities

Free public releases do not require an account or forced email submission. Their product pages link to exact checksum-bound downloads only after the corresponding release authority is active.

Privacy

Never email card or bank details, passwords, catalogs, photographs, private filenames, or unreviewed logs. Support needs only the minimum order, version, checksum, host, and synthetic reproduction information described in the support policy.
