One purchase. One internal-use license.

License grant

For one completed purchase, and subject to verified seller authority, the seller identified at checkout grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Catalog Check on that individual’s devices for personal and internal commercial photography work. Reasonable backup copies are permitted. The purchase is one-time and does not require a recurring subscription.

Restrictions and ownership

The customer may not sell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, share between people, or make Catalog Check available as a standalone product or as part of another product. The customer may not remove ownership notices, circumvent access controls, or reverse engineer the product except where applicable law expressly permits despite that restriction.

Catalog Check does not claim ownership of photographs, catalogs, or the aggregate observations displayed from them.

Warranty and termination boundary

The exact package license supplies the governing as-is warranty disclaimer and limitation language to the maximum extent permitted by law. The license ends automatically after a material violation; on termination, the customer must stop using and delete their copies. Rights not expressly granted are reserved by Lapilo Labs, LLC.
