Grant
Upon an authorized public release and subject to verified seller authority, Lapilo Labs, LLC grants the recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use Catalog Snapshot for personal work and for the recipient’s own internal commercial photography workflows. Reasonable backup copies are permitted.
Restrictions
Do not resell, redistribute, repackage, remove integrity notices, evade the license scope, or present the tool as endorsed by Adobe. Honest review and rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
Boundary
The tool is an aggregate read-only overview. It is not catalog health analysis, completeness certification, backup, recovery, or repair.
