Support covers checksum verification, Lightroom Plug-in Manager installation, opening the Catalog Snapshot command, documented aggregate or unavailable status, disablement, and uninstall.

Not covered

Support does not provide catalog database repair, completeness certification, backup, recovery, metadata editing, missing-original diagnosis, performance consulting, or support for unlisted host tuples.

Safe intake

Provide the exact version and checksum, Lightroom and system versions, aggregate status, and a synthetic description. Do not send a catalog, photographs, screenshots containing private names, paths, client information, credentials, or unreviewed logs.
