One purchase. One internal-use license.

License grant

For one completed purchase, and subject to verified seller authority, the seller identified at checkout grants one named user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Preset Audit on up to two computers personally owned or controlled by that user for personal work and internal commercial photography workflows. Reasonable backup copies are permitted. The purchase is one-time and does not require a recurring subscription.

The license permits perpetual use of the exact downloaded version and includes 12 months of generally available updates and reasonable support from purchase. It does not promise future major versions or lifetime updates.

Restrictions and ownership

The customer may not sell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, or make Preset Audit available to another person or organization as a standalone product or as part of another product. The customer may not remove ownership notices, circumvent access controls, or reverse engineer the product except where applicable law expressly permits despite that restriction.

Preset Audit does not claim ownership of the customer’s presets, photographs, catalogs, or the aggregate facts displayed from them.

Warranty and termination boundary

The exact package license supplies the governing as-is warranty disclaimer and limitation language to the maximum extent permitted by law. The license ends automatically after a material violation; on termination, the customer must stop using and delete their copies. Rights not expressly granted remain with the verified rights holder identified in the authorized release.
