Before asking for help

Record the Lightroom Classic version, operating-system version, Preset Audit version 0.2.0-beta.3, the exact status words and aggregate counts shown in the dialog, and whether the issue repeats after extracting a fresh checksum-verified ZIP.

If the plug-in does not load

Remove the Preset Audit registration in Plug-in Manager, extract a fresh copy from a ZIP matching SHA-256 baeab8810b13e945a8c03348471a7946a680c28d723968240e516d9cca401f74, and add the extracted plug-in folder again. A prior private or beta registration with the same toolkit identifier should be removed before adding this exact version.

Keep support details private

Prefer a sanitized description. Do not send a Lightroom catalog, preset files, photographs, client or job names, preset or folder names, filenames, paths, credentials, payment-card details, or screenshots containing private records unless necessary and authorized.

Uninstalling requires no product-data rollback because Preset Audit writes no catalog records, preset changes, or report files.
