Prepared grant
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual to use the purchased compatible version on devices that individual controls, for personal work and internal commercial photography workflows. Reasonable backup copies are permitted; redistribution, resale, shared seats, and removal of integrity notices are not.
Your content and rights
Lapilo Labs, LLC does not claim ownership of customer manifests, photographs, captions, or generated proof folders. The customer remains responsible for permission to use and distribute every included asset and for the security of the delivery channel. Proof Gallery does not clear model, property, copyright, privacy, publicity, or client rights.
Product boundary
The license covers the local browser planner, local Node builder, completed-folder verifier, and documentation in the exact package. It does not include hosting, recipient accounts, tracking, passwords, cloud delivery, photo editing, metadata removal, or rights review.
