Covered

Support covers package checksum verification, opening the local planner, manifest validation, Node 22 builder and verifier commands, declared-format and size errors, path or symlink rejection, incomplete-folder status, and verification of an unchanged completed folder.

Not covered

Support does not provide photo conversion, retouching, metadata removal, hosting, recipient access control, tracking, network delivery, rights clearance, custom gallery design, recovery of an overwritten folder, or production supervision.

Safe intake

Provide the exact Proof Gallery version and checksum, Node and operating-system versions, command, error code, and a minimal synthetic manifest. Do not send customer photographs, client or talent information, private paths, production manifests, credentials, or private delivery links.
