License grant

Upon an authorized public release and subject to verified seller authority, Lapilo Labs, LLC grants the recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the unmodified List Prep release on devices the recipient controls for personal or internal business work. No payment, subscription, account, activation, or renewal is required for this version.

Restrictions and ownership

The recipient may keep reasonable backup copies but may not resell, sublicense, repackage, or redistribute the product; remove ownership or integrity notices; or use it to violate law, contract, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. Rights that applicable law does not allow Lapilo Labs to restrict remain unaffected.

The license does not transfer ownership of the product or of any photograph, list, filename, path, job, or report supplied by the user.

Human review and responsibility

List Prep proposes text normalization and surfaces diagnostic groups. It does not identify the intended photograph, select a RAW or JPEG winner, rename a file, alter a source list, or verify a delivery. The user remains responsible for every decision and for keeping the original source unchanged until results are reviewed.

No paid-service promise

This free release is provided without a paid support or update commitment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use is at the recipient’s risk and the product is provided without warranties not expressly stated in the published release terms. Non-waivable consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
