Start fresh without risking the source.

The utility never changes the source list or photography files, so recovery is deliberately simple.

Start and recover

Unzip a verified copy and open index.html in a current desktop browser. If local-file script restrictions apply, serve only the unzipped folder with a trusted local static-file server.

If an analysis is interrupted or looks wrong, close the page, reopen a fresh verified copy, and begin again from the untouched source list. List Prep has no background service, account state, database, or automatic save to repair.

Before asking for help

Record the List Prep version, browser and operating-system versions, selected input mode, selected column number, and exact visible error. Confirm that the ZIP hash matches its adjacent SHA256SUMS file.

Keep examples private

Prefer a small synthetic list that reproduces the behavior. Do not send a catalog, photograph, client list, production filename, private path, job name, credential, or payment information.
