List Prep privacy
Your list stays on your device.
The utility is local-only by design; this notice separates its local processing from ordinary website delivery and optional support communication.
Inside the utility
List Prep has no product account, telemetry, analytics, advertising, remote font, activation, upload, or network request. Its Content Security Policy disables network connections. Text is processed in browser memory.
A local text, CSV, or TSV file is read only after the user chooses it. The utility does not inspect image bytes, scan folders, or open a Lightroom catalog.
Reports and copying
A report is created only after an explicit download action. JSON, CSV, and suggested-text files contain references from the source list. The user controls where those files are stored and whether they are shared.
Copying a suggestion uses the browser or operating system clipboard only after an explicit click. List Prep does not retain the list after the page closes.
Website and support
The download website may produce ordinary security and delivery logs needed to serve the page and ZIP. It has no filename-list upload and does not require an email address to download List Prep.
An optional support message is separate from the utility. Send a synthetic example whenever possible; do not send private client names, job names, filenames, or paths unless necessary and authorized.
